“I offer Guidance into Well-being using my own experiences and discoveries that are ‘Out of the Box’ but proven to be of incredible value.  Standard
medicine and its co-creations have refused to accept other modalities while becoming the number One cause of Death. It must be realized that health
Assurance comes from personal responsibility and knowledge of the simple science of sustaining your body and spirit in a natural way and becoming
adept at knowing what is Not Natural and avoiding it. It’s a Switch Game. You get to Know what is Beneficial and what is Not.
The results are as profound as the desire to improve and so I address and promote five key factors for change that are the bottom line for health as a
human Being, namely: Spirit, Emotions, Exercise, Diet, Sunshine   (SEEDS for Change)
Each reflects a simple approach to life with knowledge and new wisdom based on proven results. We have become disconnected from reality and from our
own natural health by Fear and Separation.

I, as a Guide, present a new vision of a new version of what you were meant to Be.  I emphasize that change is easy when given better Options. “

#1. Mantra In Motion ... Mantra are words of power that free our minds and deepen our connection to Source. In this vinyasa based class we will ride
the wave of the breath, asana to asana, incorporating mantra throughout to create a powerfully liberating practice.

#2. Backbends For Everyone...Think backbends aren’t for you? Think again! From the subtle to the deep backbends are a powerful tool to counteract the
effects of poor posture, enliven the spine and open the heart. Using props and awareness of anatomy and alignment learn to safely incorporate backbends
into your practice whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

Integrative Yoga Therapist  (*w/Ditoh Rohrig)
#1. GENTLE CHAIR YOGA…. is a gentle form of yoga promoting relaxation and proper breathing techniques, and is designed for all levels of fitness.  For
those who may have suffered injuries, are overweight, or have limited range of motion due to aging or disabilities can benefit.  It is also beneficial for
those with many health issues including hypertension, insomnia, neck and back pain, anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
These “Chair Yoga” positions (asanas) can help stretch your hands, wrists, arms, upper back, hips, low back and feet. These Yoga exercises will strengthen
your abdomen, deepen your breath, lower high blood pressure, can eliminate stress with meditation techniques promoting relaxation and may reduce the
probability of blood-clot formation in your blood vessels.

#2. PARTNER YOGA…. “Practicing yoga with someone else can be fun and may enhance your relationship… while improving the body, mind and spirit of each
individual. Working through the poses with someone else emphasizes the complementary aspects of balance, flexibility, strength and gentleness, while
revealing the multifaceted qualities that create communication, trust, intimacy and union.
“Exercise helps the body process and excrete adrenaline and cortisol, two chemicals the adrenal gland creates when the body is under stress. And it
stimulates the pituitary gland and hypothalamus to create those feel-good peptides we fondly call endorphins. Endorphins reduce pain and induce a sense of

“MUDRAS”   &   “ESSENTIAL OILS & YOGA” w/Rosalie Malter, E-RYT
#1:  Mudras...Mudras are yoga postures for the hands.  They can affect your physical health and your mood.  The fingers represent the elements: air,
earth, fire and water.  Touching the fingers in various ways with your thumb activates or suppresses these elements.  Your health is literally in your
hands!  Suitable for any level of yoga student.

#2: ESSENTIAL OILS & YOGA...Infuse your yoga practice with essential oils.  Essential oils are used in 3 ways: inhaled, applied to skin
or ingested.  They affect your physical health and brain function on an energy level.  We will use them to enhance meditation, breathing practice and
physical movement (of the yoga postures).  They can also be used to alleviate the muscle soreness that may follow yoga practice.  All the oils used are
Young Living brand therapeutic grade oils.  No artificial fragrances used.  Caution – some people are allergic to essential oils, either with breathing them

Meditation Sessions: #1:"I Am Nothing, I Want Nothing,
I Do Nothing" & #2: "Yoga of the Breath"
w/Bonnie Rosen

#1: "I am Nothing, I want Nothing, I do Nothing"
Bonnie began her self-development journey her senior year of college, in the late 60’s, when she begin Transcendental Meditation, a mantra mediation
technique.  Filled with energy and a spring in her step, you can see the benefits of nearly 44 years of meditation and advanced , extended yoga and
meditation retreats globally.  Initially starting twice daily meditation out of intellectual curiosity and a class assignment, she soon began to shift  her
“head” understanding of successful meditation practice, to a “heart centered” way of Being.   After picking up the twice daily practice, she realized that
teaching meditation would be more dharmic than teaching High School mathematics and so she took a leave of absence and traveled to Switzerland and
Belgium to study the in-depth affects of meditation on the mind, body, & spirit.

#2: Yoga of the Breath, Learn some practical tools to better handle the stresses of daily life.  Learn how breath work is a form of yoga: helping to bind
the mind back to the SELF.   Stress increases when our capacity to handle our output is less than our input (of energy). Negative emotions - anger, regret,
sadness, anxiety and fear - eat up our energy and time putting an unnecessary burden on our efforts.
Key Features of the Session...  Learn  several
specific natural rhythms of breath to release stress and purify the entire system by releasing toxins at the deepest cellular level.  Stretching and low-
impact yoga for health, circulation, and physical well-being. Guided meditation and breathing techniques that increase energy and deeply relax the body and
mind. Medical Research says it's a Good Idea. Ongoing research has shown that the rhythmic breathing techniques can lead to improved physical, mental and
emotional health.
More details at:

Bonnie Rosen...Trained as a certified Meditation Teacher (1974, 2009) and personally inspired in sharing the expansion of consciousness and deep
relaxation that meditation brings, she taught in Cambridge Massachusetts and then Fairfield Iowa before moving to Sedona Arizona in 1997.  She is also a
certificated teacher for the Art of Living Foundation ( and has been teaching   the Art of Living Workshop in addition to the Art of
Meditation workshop in the Verde Valley and Northern Arizona since January , 1998.  Bonnie points out that there are many types of meditation including:
contemplation, concentration, guided meditation, prayer and mantra meditation.  Meditation, over the last 30 years has truly become a household word.
Each type of meditation creates a different affect in the quality of the mind both during and after the practices.  Ideally to quiet the mind and bring the
affects of that dive within to one’s daily life, the quality of life becomes more easy, calm, stress-free, full of awareness, joy and clarity of heart & mind.
One can enjoy  “meditation as the delicate art of doing nothing; letting go of everything and being who you are.”
During this session participants will understand the types of meditation and also practice meditation together.

“Return to Source:An Exploration of the Root Chakra”
w/Jeff Masters
(Presented in two parts with no break.)

The foundation of our earthy experience, the root center or Muladhara chakra, is often feared, glossed over, misunderstood or
avoided for perceived more "exciting" centers.  During this workshop Jeff will re-introduce you to the root center, the physical
impact it has in our lives and we will take the time to explore this center via postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), sound
therapy (mantra) and active meditation techniques (mudra and yantra gazing).
NOTE: In order to honor the depth of information being shared and your process during this training, this workshop will run from
1:00 PM - 2:40 PM (spanning two session periods) and attendees are required to attend both.
